Equipment-Structural Introduction

Base: For placing welding machine, power supply, water chiller, etc.
Y-axis column: For supporting the vertical movement of the welding torch, and its effective stroke is about1.7m;
X-axis beam: supports the horizontal movement of the welding gun, and its effective stroke is about 2.5m;
Welding gun: For fixing tungsten needles and welding wires, for welding overlay operations also.
Rotary Platform: For installing and fixing the products to be welded, and rotate them, with a load capacity of about 5T.
